Tutte le nostre camere hanno doccia/WC, asciugacapelli, TV satellitare LCD, telefono, cassaforte e minibar; alcune hanno un balcone o una piccola terrazza. Disponiamo inoltre di camere per accogliere persone diversamente abili. Le 2 terrazze al 2° piano sono a disposizione di tutti i clienti. 
Alle unsere Zimmer haben Dusche/WC, Haartrockner, TV-Sat LCD, Direktwahltelefon, Safe und Minibar; einige haben einen Balkon oder eine kleine Terrasse. Es gibt auch rollstuhltaugliche Zimmer. Die 2 Terrassen im 2. Stock sind für alle Gäste verfügbar.
Toutes nos chambres disposent de douche/WC, sèche-cheveux, TV-Sat LCD, téléphone avec ligne directe, coffre-fort et minibar; certaines ont un balcon ou une petite terrasse. Il y a aussi des chambres pour accueillir les personnes handicapées. Les 2 terrasses sur la 2 ème étage sont disponibles à tous les clients.
All our rooms have shower/WC, hair-dryer, TV-Sat LCD, direct dial phone, safe and minibar; some of them have a balcony or a small terrace. There are also rooms to accommodate persons with disabilities. The 2 terraces on the 2 nd floor are available to all customers.
Al momento della conferma, a garanzia della prenotazione può essere richiesta una caparra confirmatoria.
Nel caso voleste cancellare la vostra prenotazione (tramite telefono o e-mail) verrà applicata la seguente politica di cancellazione:
entro 45 giorni dalla data di arrivo: la caparra confirmatoria sarà interamente rimborsata;
entro 30 giorni dalla data di arrivo: la caparra confirmatoria sarà rimborsata al 50%;
dopo questi limiti la caparra confirmatoria non sarà rimborsata.
Mit der Bestätigung, als Garantie der Reservierung, kann eine Anzahlung verlangt werden.
Wenn Sie Ihre Reservierung stornieren möchten (mit Telefon oder e-Mail), werden die folgenden Stornobedingungen gelten:
bis 45 Tage vor dem Anreisetag: die Anzahlung wird komplett erstattet;
bis 30 Tage vor dem Anreisetag: 50% der Anzahlung wird erstattet;
nach Ablauf der Stornierungsfrist wird die Anzahlung komplett von uns einbehalten.
Lors de la confirmation, pour garantir la réservation un dépôt peut être exigé.
Si vous souhaitez annuler votre réservation (par téléphone ou e-mail) nous allons appliquer la politique d’annulation suivante:
jusqu’à 45 jours avant la date d’arrivée: le dépôt sera remboursé totalement;
jusqu’à 30 jours avant la date d’arrivée: le 50% du dépôt sera remboursé;
après cette limite aucun remboursement ne sera effectué
With the confirmation, to guarantee the reservation, a deposit may be required.
If you wish to cancel your reservation (by phone or e-mail), we will apply the following cancellation policy:
within 45 days from arrival date: the deposit will be full refunded;
within 30 days from arrival date: 50% of the deposit will be refunded;
after these terms the deposit will not be refunded.
